Mach Works has help built in.

When something goes wrong, it tells you what happened and walks you through the fix. Still stuck, or have a question? Write to [email protected] with your order number and what you’re seeing, and we’ll write back.

The app can also make a support file for you to attach. It never sends one on its own, and you can see what’s in it before you send it.

Getting started

1. Download Mach Works and run it. Windows shows “Verified publisher: Mach Form Labs LLC”.
2. Buy a key for each module you want. Your receipt email carries it.
3. Paste the key in. The module opens; add another key later, with no reinstall.

Your key

One key covers your business. You and the people who work for you can use it on up to three PCs at a time. New PC? Deactivate the key on the old one to free its place, then paste the same key on the new one. Lost it? It’s in your receipt email.

Refunds

Every key comes with a 30-day refund from the day you buy it. Write to us with your order number and the money goes back the way it came. A refunded key is switched off and its license ends; your books stay open and exportable.
